What hours do you operate?
All classes are held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Half day classes meet from 8:40-11:10 or 12:10-2:40.
Extended day classes meet from 8:40-2:40.
How may students are in a class?
Class sizes vary by age group. Each class is staffed by two teachers and exceeds the required teacher-to-student ratios.
How do I know when school is closed due to poor weather or other reasons?
If school will be closed, we will send an email, a message via the Remind App, and post on our NCP Facebook page and private classroom Facebook pages.
Do you provide transportation?
No the school does not provide transportation. Transportation is provided by parents or other caregivers.
Can my Child begin preschool mid-year?
We do allow students to begin class throughout the year if we have an open space in the program. Contact the director for more information.
Registration & Tutition
Can I Hold a spot in a class for my Child?
By completing your registration form and paying your registration fee, your child’s place in their class will be held.
When Do tuition payments begin?
The first payment is due on June 15h and then payments will be due on the 15th of each month starting in September, with the last payment in April.
For example, the payment schedule for the 2023-2024 school year is as follows:
Payment 1: June 15, 2023
Payment 2: September 15, 2023
Payment 3: October 15, 2023
Payment 4: November 15, 2023
Payment 5: December 15, 2023
Payment 6: January 15, 2024
Payment 7: February 15, 2024
Payment 8: March 15, 2024

Do you offer scholarships or discounted tuition?
Discounts for multiple children of the same family may apply, please ask the director for more information.
How do I make Tuition Payments?
Payments may be made by check, (written to Northampton Christian Preschool), cash, or online.
Online payments include a small processing fee. Tuition paid online may be done each month or via autopay. Online payments may be made here.
Will tuition be refunded for absences?
Tuition will not be refunded due to an absence. Since we accept a limited enrollment, we cannot operate on a fluctuating budget.
